About Mindflow
contemporary therapeutic living solutions
|
The Mindflow concept is derived from the approach that each individual has his/her own resonances and frequencies that need to be kept in tune, or in flow. All of us are exposed to many stressors, big and small, which can slowly pull us a-drift from our center. All of us use and need creativity in order to stay in flow: in balance. By using the evidence-based practice of creative arts therapies, scientific and psychological elements of the Arts, sound and psychotherapy, Mindflow helps design a variety of routines, artscapes, soundscapes and individual wellness packages that enhance and re-align individual, family and group attunement.
With a fresh and dynamic outlook toward living well, Mindflow's creative services delivers an integrated approach that provides that missing link to a fulfilling day at work, or a rough patch in a relationship, a simple self-esteem booster, or a more in-depth psychotherapy. It is the bridge between chaos and calm, no matter how you choose to get there.
